Lemon Peel Angelfish Hybrid are believed to be a cross between a Lemon peel Angelfish, Centropyge flavissima, and Half Black Angelfish. These are elegant dwarf angels that make great additions to marine tanks. By the nature of being a hybrid, they are not common occurrences and can vary in appearance. These dwarf angels are mostly yellow in colour like the true Lemon Peel Angelfish, which are mimicked by young Lemon Peel Mimic Tangs, Acanthurus pyroferus, before the tang develops its adult colour. Hybrids often have pale faces and or dark pectoral fins. These Angelfish belong to the Pomacanthidae family. A group famous for their vivid colours.
